Transferring Credits

The Medical Sciences Semester team is always happy to work with students and their sending schools before, during, and after a student’s semester.

 

The MSS schedule utilizes a 90-minute block schedule, which allows for each one-block course to meet five times every two weeks. Because students are only with us for one semester, each block is equivalent to .5 credits. Semester students enroll in 8 - 10 classes or 4 - 5 credits, depending on number of course continuation studios or free blocks they include in their schedule. 

Hawken is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Central States and can offer students a traditional graded or mastery transcript to meet the needs of the student and their school.
